Inner Balance Healing believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Each individual is unique with their own stories and lived experiences. This is why I aim to personalize each aspect of the therapeutic process, because your journey is unlike anyone else’s.

  • Online sessions only: this is designated for individual adults (18+) seeking therapy for anxiety and depressive symptoms such as: anxiousness, excessive worry, fear, panic attacks, issues with sleep, irritability, difficulty concentrating, feeling tense or restless, low moods, loss of interest, issues with appetite, avoidant behaviors, social withdrawal, persistent discontent or sadness, feelings of hopelessness, negative or intrusive thoughts, fatigue or lack of energy, low motivation, or feelings of emptiness.

    Typically, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly focused on rewiring unhelpful thought patterns, exploring and understanding the root cause of anxiety or depression, and learning new strategies to manage and control symptoms.

  • Online sessions only: this is designated for individual adults (18+) seeking therapy for Substance Use Disorders (SUDS), substance dependency, compulsive behaviors/patterns, or other addiction issues.

    Typically, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly focused on exploring the root cause of addictive behaviors, rewiring unhelpful thought patterns, managing any unresolved emotional or mental health issues, learning new strategies to combat life’s obstacles, re-discovering your self, while creating a new and healthy lifestyle free from substances.

  • Online sessions only: this is designated for individual adults (18+) seeking therapy for low confidence, low self-esteem, lack of self-worth, guilt or shame, and other self-image issues.

    Typically, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly focused on building self-awareness, resilience, positive self-talk, compassion, strengths, and empowerment, exploring the root cause of the negative self-image, rewiring unhelpful thought patterns, and cultivating self-care.

  • Online sessions only: this is designated for individual adults (18+) seeking therapy for managing chronic stress and improving quality of life.

    Typically, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly focused on increasing self-awareness, problem solving, conflict resolution, rewiring unhelpful thought patterns, exploring healthy habits, communication, and boundary setting, and learning new strategies to manage and control stress.

  • Online sessions only: this is designated for individual adults (18+) seeking therapy for overcoming childhood or generational trauma. Unresolved trauma can look like interpersonal issues, trapped emotions, mood instability, avoidant behaviors, risky behaviors, self-destructive behaviors, ongoing negative emotions, feeling easily triggered, feelings of blame or guilt/shame, reoccurring thoughts of past experiences/feelings, excessive exhaustion, dissociation, sleep disturbances, physical aches/pains, digestive issues, or nightmares.

    Typically, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly focused on uncovering and healing unresolved trauma and the impact is has had on your life by: increasing distress tolerance skills, regaining control with thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, rewiring unhelpful thought patterns, strengthening emotional regulation skills, while creating a pathway towards a safe and healthy life.

Pricing & Payment Types:

Talk therapy: $130 per 50 minutes

Private pay or insurances accepted: Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Texas, Aetna, or Cigna. United Healthcare and Optum (accepted soon.)
